In the second part the report will discuss the exit strategy for the company. For explaining all these concepts in an appropriate manner a case company would be considered. For explaining this the report would be focusing on considering Verdant Leisure which is an SME operating in UK. This is a small scale holiday park which is offering different holiday options to their customers.
