This report is going to explain the project processes and system that helps in building wireless power transmission using solar energy. The project manager is responsible for different activities and tasks of the project. Collaboration of the project manager with the sponsoring group will help in implementing the project in certain areas that require development. Wireless power transmission with the implication of solar energy is involved in making the project. It implies the completion of a project within a period and each and every task will lead to sequences with this project. The report has a critical analysis of Europe's largest solar battery system that helps in stabilizing electricity. The involvement of cost in the solar project has been calculated with the budget and other necessary resources.

The risk that is associated with the implication of solar panels is also described in this project. The implication of this project is important as it helps in using renewable resources and reduces the emission of CO. On the other hand, the implementation of wireless power transmission is a new way to transfer the power to load rather than the conventional method of transferring power through livewire. This development gives the power to transfer electricity without a wire on a small scale with the help of solar energy.

Background and environment of the project

Wireless power transmission without wire is implemented through different methods and technologies through engaging time-varying electricity, magnetic or electromagnetic field. This development of different technology for wireless wire transmission is widely used across the power electronic domain. The solar power is stored in a battery which is transferred through the wireless medium that is based on inductive coupling (Sun et al. 2018). It is analyzed that there is a high thrust for renewable energy to reduce the effect of global warming. In order to implement the solar-based wireless power transfer system in the home, the application has been developed. The involvement of this project helps in the reduction of CO emissions and increases the use of renewable energy.

Wireless power transmission using solar energy has a positive and indirect effect on the environment when other energy cannot be replaced with solar energy. However, there are huge issues that are related to solar energy technology and production. The potential environmental effect that is associated with solar energy includes two broad categories photovoltaic solar cells and concentrating solar thermal plants. The implication of wireless power transmission using solar energy helps in the reduction of batteries and wires. The system scale ranging from distributed rooftop PV rays to large utility scales plays a vital role in the environment.

Scope management actual approach

Work breakdown structure

The work breakdown structure identifies the group project element and the way that defines the overall range of the project. The entire work of wireless power transmission using solar panels helps in making the work successfully to achieve the goal of the project.

Figure 1: Work breakdown structure

(Source: Self Developed)

In this figure, the work breakdown structure was a tracker that was further split down into cost, location alternative, efficiency influencer, and functionality of the panel. The WBS can be broken down until the time, cost, and resources that are required from the implication of solar panels are not clear (Rozman, 2019). The main component for implementing the research is to determine the use of wireless power transmission through the implementation of solar energy. The efficiency is given in the research that helps to keep the environment safe from CO and the use of renewable resources can be made more. The implication of the solar panel through the wireless medium is based on inductive coupling. There is a high trust that through the implication of renewable energy the effect of global warming can be reduced.

The process required to make the project more successful is explained in this section so that wireless power transmission by the use of solar systems helps in the reduction of global warming.

Figure 2: Development of Work Breakdown Structure

In this figure, the implication of the wireless solar channel helps the environment from different problems. The success of the project depends on the population. Prior to projecting the implication of different factors that help in the growth of the environment.

Land use:

This is mainly determined by the location and larger utility-scale that gives the solar facilities that help in raising concern about land degradation and habitat loss. The land area requirement depends on technology, the topography of the site, and the intensity of solar resources. It is also estimated that utility-scale PV systems range from 3.5 to 10 acres per megawatt. On the other hand, the estimation of CSP facilities varies from 4 to 16.5 acres per megawatt. It is also observed that there is less opportunity for solar projects to share the land with the agricultural sector.

Water use:

The implication of the solar PV cells will help in the generation of electricity, the plant design, location, and the type of cooling system all depend on the water use. CSP plants help in wet recirculation technology with cooling towers to withdraw between 600 to 650 gallons of water for the production of electricity.

Hazardous material

Through the implication of PV cells, the hazardous material has to be clean and purified through the semiconductor surface. The creation chemical is used in the general semiconductor industry includes hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid acetone, and nitric acid. This type of chemical depends on the use of cells. This is used by the UK government to not harm the worker through the use of chemicals and the manufacturing waste produced is properly disposed of.

Scope management alternative approach

The alternative scope management approach can be used for the management to overcome the problem of solar energy. The cost of solar energy has decreased in the past decade. According to Farajizadeh et al. (2019), it is observed that the implication of new technology increases efficiency and lowers the future cost. Solar energy can be unbeatable compared to fossil fuels. Through the report, it is observed that wireless power transmission through solar energy has come a long way in decades. It can be analyzed that in the upcoming year there can be more than 115 gig watts of solar installation across the world, which is more than the implication of all other technology. The cost will decrease in the sunnier region where the implication of the lower cost will help in electricity generation. On the other hand, () stated that in the coming year technological improvement can become the most important source of energy to produce electricity in the world. Through this, the environment can have a positive impact on climate change.

Figure 3: Cost of utility-scale solar PV

(Source: Song et al. 2018)

It is analyzed that the solar industry has a very clear cost reduction that reduces the cost in 2030. Through the implication of tandem silicon cells, the highest efficiency module can generate 105 times more power than is used in today's technology. According to Song et al. (2018), it is observed that the product innovation coming down the pipeline will reduce costs that are used i9n the manufacturing of solar cells. As well as by the implication of bifacial modules the solar energy can be captured from both sides. The other advantages of wireless solar energy are found in the innovation that is best integrated through the home, business, and power systems. It means the low-cost digital technology will help in better power for electronics.

Figure 4: higher penetration of solar power in different countries

(Source: Lu et al. 2018)

In this given figure the installation of solar energy through wireless systems has leveled the cost of energy in many countries, which makes it unbeatable compared with fossil fuels. It is also ordered that the installation of solar energy is not flexible as the power sometimes has fallen, which means installation continues to increase in the last decades. The complexity in developing the global model addresses medium and long-term planning that help in overall power system development.

Through the implication of a high-level approach, the potential power issue is analyzed that can estimate the global level based on button-up analysis. The application of storage continues to be adequate and flexible to be widely deployed. On the other hand (Lu et al. 2018), stated that through the implication of hydropower capacity battery storage is required to generate power. It is also assumed that in the year 2050 around 14TWh of EV batteries will be available to make grid service to compare 9TWh of batteries. The power system is an emerging technology that potentially contributes to flexibility.

Time management actual approach

Figure 5 Time Scale

(Source: Self- developed)

Figure 6: Gantt chart

(Source: Self-developed)

The time management approach is used to follow the solar energy power approach for the installation of wireless devices. The most common format for the implication of Gantt charts helps the project manager to get the graphical presentation of data. The implication of the Gantt chart in solar energy helps to assume how much time it requires to install the product and the cost is estimated according to it. According to Malek et al. (2019), it is stated the work of the project manager to start the solar panel takes a huge time that is required for the installation and the device determination. The time it takes to design the project will take more as it is the most important part to install any kind of data. The materials that are used for the solar panel such as the AC device and the DC device help in growth and installation fast. The consumption of electric power is the important factor for the solar energy system that is required for the installation. Through the process, the work package and the individual operation that is required to manage by the manager is helping in the installation of the project manager.

On the other hand (Bouattour et al. 2020), stated that photovoltaic modules give the detailed planning of operation that is performed to increase the installation of devices. This helps in creating great control and management that is significant management in the operation to extract the time and increase the load on the team meander who are carrying out this project. The expense shows the implication and the management of the techniques that are used by the manager for the implication and the management of solar panels through wireless devices.

However, with the accumulation of experience, the developers determine the same middle ground to which plants can take place and be installed in the project which helps in the growth of the project. The developer can determine the project with the implication and the management techniques that help in the growth and decrease global warming. The determination can be made to some middle ground that helps to thank the plan to work packages for ensuring the level of project manager through sufficient level.

Time management alternative approach

The alternative time management approach which is used by the project manager for the development of the solar energy panel help in the development of wireless network connection. The advantages of the time panel that is used by others help the entire project to get completed within the time frame. The submission of installing the plan will be determined through the implication and the management. The different strategies are followed to determine the economic effect on the environment.

According to Loubet et al. (2019), it is stated that through the implication of the Gantt chart the information can be gathered that helps in the installation of the plan and make the work done within the time period. The schedule allows us to coordinate the work of the business and agree with the plans that are required to build a plan. The project starts with a fall in the cost and exceeds the budget that gathers the focus available in the resources to allow correct problems and eliminate the data. Upon collecting the data that is required for the project is given importance to opportunities that help to schedule the data and do the activity according to the information that is provided by the project manager. On the other hand (Yang et al. 2019), stated that the project manager can get information about implementation. The project through the implication of different strategies that is required for the development and management.

Thinking is a very important factor that is required for the final data completion that the manager must determine what type of work can be done and classify the work according to that. It is also observed that due to the high rain the installation of photovoltaic modules will be delayed for two days. The overall impact will be on the team and it will be facing the object commission. However, it is the critical part for the installation of the project manager to install the project that helps in the development and the installation of the management. It is an important factor for the project manager to look after the implications of the plan that is required for the installation of solar energy. The most determined thing that is required to be on stir by the project manager is to complete the project within time.

Cost management actual approach

The cost management actual approach helps in the development of solar energy. According to García Núñez et al. (2019), it is stated that the NREL project is using the solar energy technique to examine the project risk. The cost is reduced through the management alternative to reduce the wireless connection which helps to avoid risk in communication. The application of this system helps the industry to meet the requirement and production.

The delay of the information will be affecting the actual approach (Yi & Yoon 2019). In this process, the project manager should give more focus that helps them to manage things within the time frame. It is observed that with the implication of the Gantt chart the manager has got more information that helps in making the manager provide a different approach. This approach will help the manager to perform the work within the time frame. The cost management approach that is used for the implication of the solar energy project helps in the development and management of wireless devices. It is also observed that the wireless system is installed so that the difficulties are solved. The cost management approach that is used in solar energy is the PV approach helps to estimate the loss that occurs during the time of conservation of solar energy. The factor that is affecting the cost estimation is:

Temperature factor:

This module helps to determine the overheated temperature that is used when the air temperature is high. The productivity of this module helps to reduce the energy that can be produced after the loss of performance.

Dirt and dust factor:

This factor is also affected when the cost factor is determined that is controlling the dusting and the standards are taken to solve the issue that is faced in this problem (Zhang et al. 2019). The coefficient for the dirt and the dust factor helps in the reduction of the energy that is produced.

Conversion loss from direct current (AC-DC)

The power loss that is occurred for the AC and the DC current helps in the current meaning and loss of efficiency for the operation. This power will convert the power to an alternating current.

Cost management alternative approach

In the near future, the company is focusing on launching new products by using R & D activities that can reduce operating expenses in wireless power transmission. In the global world, many healthcare sectors and industries are using wireless charging technology in order to charge their device without wires.

Moreover, the government of the UK is encouraging the industry sector to invest in wireless power transmission to save time and money in their country. It has been observed that many industries and health care sectors are standing with the UK government to overcome the power crisis. As an example using solar energy satellite space administration of NASA has realized advantages in the U.S. DOE such as greater than 33% solar cells that make pollution-free (Novák et al. 2018). The UK company is trying to reduce costs through improving their technology such as teleconferencing, webinar, cloud computing in their business in order to solar energy projects.

In order to prepare for risk, the company is using a few tools such as budgeting, time tracking software, and reporting tools that can help in a solar energy project. The company needs to be accurate so that it can easily track costs in its project.

Figure 6: Cost efficiency structure of Solar project

(Source: Labunska et al. (2019)

Moreover, by applying custom hourly rates the company can try to estimate the cost of a solar energy project. In order to develop solar energy variability, Solar Forecasting 2 can use data that can enable their cost integration. As an example, The NREL is using solar techno-economic that helps their company to examine their project risk, benefits, and costs in order to assess solar power technology.

As per Stretton, (2019), the advantages of the cost management alternative in solar energy projects have helped to avoid risks such as prioritizing the risk, communicating regarding risk, determining the response, estimating and identifying the risk. Another advantage is to aid future planning such as resource optimization, approval, and review plans, ongoing responsibilities, creating project schedules, and creating scope statements.

As opined by Fossum et al. (2019), lack of resources, inaccurate estimation, outdated technology, and many more can arise as disadvantages of cost management alternatives. Due to a lack of resources the company can face challenges in solar energy projects such as their project budget being small. Moreover, in order to achieve success in their project, it is difficult for them to secure equipment, labor, and materials. The other disadvantage is an inaccurate estimation that can happen when their project employees are inexperienced and they don't have any idea regarding the solar power project. This can affect the overall profitability of their business.

Quality management actual approach

The company of UK is focusing on quality management such as integrated system, continual improvement, communication, decision-making fact-based, process approach, total employee commitment, and process approach in order to Wireless Power Transmission using solar energy projects (Kermanshachi et al. 2018). Moreover, the company in the UK is following three quality management plans such as quality control, quality assurance, and quality planning in their solar energy project.

Quality planning

The company of the UK has a clear goal for solar energy projects. The company can focus on technologies such as microwave transmitters in order to quality management in their project. Microwave transmitters help devices to increase transmission efficiency. The higher frequencies impractical have come because of microwave transmitters' low efficiency optical.

The company is focusing on MPPT which helps to increase power output. The Hybrid inverter is used in solar energy projects to send power between AC-DC to the solar panels.

Figure 8: Curve of qualitative assurance in Solar panels

(Source: )

Quality planning helps the company to identify quality requirements in solar energy projects that can allow them to execute plans in order to reach their project goals. The company can find all the answers regarding solar energy projects through the use of quality management such as they can measure what techniques and tools need to be used for their project.

Quality control

The company can identify and analyze solar energy projects problems by using a quality control approach. The company can easily identify its project risk factor with its help. Moreover, it eliminates unsatisfactory performance in projects such as improving their own performance, conducting feedback sessions, providing appropriate training, and documenting each step.

As per Labunska et al. (2019), The advantages of quality management in solar energy projects are that the company can achieve financial gains, quality products, increased productivity, customer satisfaction, and many more. The other advantage is that the company in the UK has achieved greater efficiency in its workplace. The company can improve risk management in solar energy projects. By using a solar energy project the company can make an advantage in wireless power transmission such as they can manage the growth of the project more effectively and reducing costly errors, better internal communication, increasing profits and exploiting new markets, and many more (Mikhailova, 2020).

However, as opined by Baker, (2019), the company can face some challenges in quality management such as quality is expensive when the company is using solar energy in wireless power transmission, discourages creativity, demands planning, lack of leadership in managing the lack of finding, deficiency of proper training to their employees and many more.

By using a flexible agile approach, the company can give the ability to their project groups in order to make changes faster in wireless power transmission using solar energy projects. Moreover, to make their project successful the company is improving communication between their project teams and who are working on the wireless power transmission project.

Quality management alternative approach

The company has chosen an alternative approach in quality management to wireless power transmission using solar energy such as process decision charts, interrelationship diagrams, prioritization matrices, network diagrams, and matrix diagrams.

The company is using Process decision charts to manage and plan wireless power transmission using solar energy projects. The decision program charts help them to see the project step that analyzes and completes the process of the solar energy project. Moreover, it identifies whether the project is going in the right direction or not.

The company is following a few steps in quality management processes the company can outline the systems that help them to reach the project goals (Labunska et al. 2019). They can organize the system that provides them to reach wireless power transmission using solar energy projects in an efficient way. Moreover, understanding the relationship is the most important factor in the project. In addition, by using target measurement and reporting the company can expand the system of another project.

Matrix diagram

The company in the UK is using matrix diagrams, which is another tool of quality management that helps their project to analyze data. Moreover, the advantage of a matrix diagram is that it makes a relationship between the aims, causes, and factors. In order to build wireless power transmission using solar projects, the company is applying a few types of matrix diagrams such as L-shaped matrix, C-shaped matrix, T- shaped matrix, and Y-shaped matrix. In order to create relationships between two or more items, the L-shaped matrix is helpful for the company in the UK. The work of a T-shaped matrix is to create relationships between 3 teams.

As per Mikhailova, (2020), The advantage of the quality management alternative approach is that it can help their project to reach 100 percent inexhaustible energy that is more renewable. Moreover, it helps their project to reduce fossil fuels (Stretton, 2019). Besides that, it helps their project to increase competitive energy sources. In order to ensure the company’s objective the quality management system is necessary because it helps them to meet all the needs for wireless power transmission using the solar projects.

As opined by Safapour et al. (2020) the disadvantages of quality management alternatives have intermittent energy, high initial investment, and location of the house.

Findings and recommendations

As opined by Nguyen et al. (2018), a quality management alternative is best suitable for the company because it has more good advantages such as no toxic pollution in the UK environment that can be beneficial for the company as well as worldwide.

However, Safapour et al. (2020) has stated that in the country UK the vital source of UK has renewable energy such as hydro, biomass, wind, and solar. It has been observed that fossil fuels have not overtaken renewable energy. In the UK fossil fuels has 38% and renewable energy has 43%. The company has applied a cost management alternative approach that has succeeded for the solar energy project. As an example, in the UK approximately 10,0000 homes are using solar panels.

As per Sun et al. (2018), solar energy has successfully provided renewable energy without the use of fossil fuels. The wireless power transmission using solar energy project helps the UK to decrease air pollution and it has protected approximately $ 187 billion in environmental and health damages.

The solar energy project can make an advantage to increase the home value such as home batteries and solar. In addition, it can help to cover the system's costs. Moreover, it can help homes to sell 30% faster. In the near future, many people can choose solar batteries because solar energy allows them to achieve the advantages of the system. Moreover, the cost of solar panels is average which helps many peoples to use the solar system.
