Is a global transportation technology company (Paulus & Kenworthy (2017)). This company is located in San Francisco, united state etc. and provide different kinds of services. With this regard report assist to focus on different aspect of organisation. Moreover, it helps to examine leadership, creativity, invention and focus on work forces in the organisation.

Organisation is focus on something new in market. Creativity is help to expand market in different fields in the organisation. Uber technology company is work in 635 different city's with use of creativity and innovation. The company is private company and focus on working environment in organisation. It develops market and uber car transportation and food delivery mobile application (Stierand, Dörfler,, & MacBryde, (2014)). This company is focus on creativity and innovation in different market to expand business in new fields in market. Innovation is very important to introduce new things in market. Uber technology private company is work on transportation facility, they provide car facility for transformation in different countries. It is very famous cab services and provide best services. The company is focus on new four things in organisation. That four things is help to expand organisation in new fields in different market, four things are as follows :-

I have facing the issue at the time of enhance the business or to do something new in organisation use creativity and innovation . This two factor is most important factor to analyses different terms in organisation. From the above report I have learned that Focus is a kind of strategies in organisation. Focus is help to analyse new things in market. Focus means focus on particular group in organisation. It is use at the time of marketing activity in organisation. Focus is strategies to set a target group to sell a product. Focus is use at the time of promotion of new activity in market. To set a target and achieve objective in the organisation. I have faced the issues to decease the rate in market because low work ion organisation. I have learned that Invention is part of innovation in organisation. It is help to expand the business organisation. The entrepreneur is use different kinds of innovation in particular filed top expand the business. Every company is hire entrepreneur to introduce new things in business and expand the business activity in the organisation. I have faced these issue to focus on leadership style in organisation. This style is used to improve the production in the organisation. Leader is focus to control each team member in organisation. - In participative leadership style is focus on all the team members is participated in the working decision. Participate leadership boost employees moral in organisation. Uber technology company is focus on each and every factor in organisation to analyses every aspects. Form the above report I have learned that Research work is very important before innovation, because with the help of research work it is very important to solve any business problems.
