In the present study the researcher would be using both primary and secondary data collection methods. For collecting the primary data the researcher would be conducting questionnaire survey with the employees of the case company. On the other hand for collecting the secondary data the researcher would be using different literature sources such as books, articles, journals and other sources. Mixed research method would be used as it will help the researcher in conducting an in-depth research and will help in drawing better results.
Data analysis: data analysis is an method that is being used by the researcher for analysing the collected data in an effective manner. There are different types of data analysis methods but in the current study the researcher would be using thematic analysis. In this analysis method the collected data is analysed and separated into different common themes identified from the collected data. The major behind selecting this data analysis method is that it is one of the most effective methods for analysing qualitative data.
