Talent management is one of most crucial factors for all the business as it can create a dynamic change in the workplace. There are several changes which can implement in the strategies of the working so that organization can create a better process at business and create better productivity of working in business.

According to Mwanzi, Wamitu and Kiama, (2017), there are different key components Talent management in workplace as it can create huge impact on the growth of organization through the performance of employee. It includes the process of developing the performance motivation of the employee so that they can improve there performance and contribute organization in better performance. There are different strategies including the training and development method by the organization in development of business process so that they can improve working.

According to Pandita and Ray, (2018), it is crucial for the manager in the organization to develop the process of strategies and method to improve talent in workplace. It is very important to have good talent management which thought by the workforce as well. Managers are making sure that the employees are having the right environment to operate within so that there is going to be effective working and performance which is existing. The competition for Amazon is also increasing rapidly and the reputation of the company also has to be well maintained so that there is good stability which is present. The branding of the company is done well therefore the workforce also has to be provided with the best of working environment and positivity as well so that the demand and expectations of the clients are matched.

 


CHAPTER 4-CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

From the above report project, it can be concluded that there are several impacts of the talent management in the workplace which helped organization in reaching the business objectives or goals. This is crucial and there must be strategies of the company in dealing most of the management in developing the process of talent, including retaining of employee to work on performance of business in increased results. Development in working need to put regularity in increased performance also in development of training sessions. Further it concluded that lack of leadership is on of the major challenge for the business in getting the performance and talent in company. There are several situations which provide that leadership is a major challenge and culture of the business is also a challenge to make it tough for business to get better talent management in workplace. Talent management is crucial for the growth and report concluded that there are several strategy and method used by the organization in developing process of working and increased in performance of employee. So that they get better performance and developed result in workplace. The company have changed process and utilised the learning of new ways to develop working, this helped them in creating a better management of retaining best talent which help them in reaching the goals they are aiming.

  • To recommend it is crucial for the organization to develop the talent management software in the business so that they can develop a faster understanding about employee.
  • To recommend the utilization of technologies to get quick feedbacks and understand the faster retaining process. This will help them in quick results and short process to get the information faster about the employee.
